Shiga Pettals began in 1993 as a small flower shop in Erode. At a time when floral design was still unfamiliar in smaller towns, we introduced the idea that décor could tell a story. What started with handcrafted bouquets quickly evolved into a full-service event décor company.

Over the years, we became known for blending tradition with creativity, designing spaces that reflect emotion, culture, and memory. Our growth was driven by one thing - clients returning to us, generation after generation, because they trusted not just our work but our commitment.

Today, we serve weddings, corporate events, and milestone celebrations across South India, with the same passion and attention to detail that started it all.

Behind every iconic legacy is a visionary who saw beyond limitations. For Shiga Pettals, that person is SP Gaandhimathi, our founder, the original creative force, and the soul of the company.

At the core of Shiga Pettals are two driving forces: SP Gaandhimathi, the heart behind the vision, and Mr. Lakshmanaswamy, the mind behind the structure. Gaandhimathi founded Shiga Pettals to make celebrations feel personal and meaningful, while Lakshmanaswamy brought the discipline and systems to help that vision thrive at scale.

Gaandhimathi led the shift from standard decor to thoughtful, soulful design – mentoring a team rooted in empathy and detail. At the same time, Lakshmanaswamy’s financial sharpness and process-driven approach ensured flawless, on-time execution and sustainable growth. His implementation of 5S practices laid the groundwork for efficiency in handling complex, large-scale events.

Together, they built more than a business – they created a culture where creativity is supported by structure, and emotion is matched with execution. Shiga Pettals stands as a testament to their balanced leadership: heartfelt, practical, and deeply human.
